About Nexus
The career fair pharmacy needs
Nexus Career Fair is a Ghana-based pharmacy career development initiative for early-career pharmacists. What started as a pilot session at a professional conference in 2024 became a full-scale career fair in 2025 — 318 pharmacists registered, 208 attended in person, 11+ facilitators delivered sessions.
We exist because the conventional paths aren't enough. Ghana has produced thousands of pharmacists, but government recruitment has stalled. Nexus shows early-career pharmacists the unconventional paths open to them — and gives them the tools to walk those paths with confidence.
