You will build and run the digital systems behind PharmAdapt's training, simulation and monitoring.

What you will do:

Set up the online learning platform for blended pharmacist CPD by mid-2027 and link it to Pharmacy Council-approved platforms

Build digital registration, attendance and assessment tools, the M&E dashboard and the beneficiary database

Configure simulation scoring software, logistics dashboards, tablets and AV equipment at five regional hubs

Manage external developers

Protect personal data through access controls, backups and compliance with Ghana's Data Protection Act.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT
• 4+ years in systems administration or web and mobile data systems
• Experience with an LMS (Moodle or similar), KoboToolbox or ODK, and dashboards such as Power BI.
