You will lead delivery of pharmacist training, emergency simulation, Green Pharmacy certification and community outreach in your regions, taking technical direction from the project's two Technical Leads.

What you will do (both posts)

Plan and run CPD workshops, quarterly simulation workshops and the annual cross-sector emergency drill.

Oversee day-to-day operation of your regional simulation hubs with their host institutions.

Support pharmacies through Green Pharmacy certification, from recruitment to corrective-action follow-up.

Coordinate community risk mapping, student-ambassador deployment and outreach events with faculty, CHPS staff and community organisations.

Mobilise participants through Regional Health Directorates, GHS district teams and NADMO.

Collect and verify attendance, assessment and audit data; submit monthly reports by the 10th of each month.

Accra post only. Act as the project's national liaison with the Pharmacy Council, Ministry of Health, EPA and national media; organise Accra-based roundtables, regulatory sessions and the awareness campaign launch. Covers two hubs (Accra, Ho).

Kumasi post only. Manage three hubs (Kumasi, Cape Coast, Tamale) and the project's heaviest travel load, including regular Kumasi–Tamale trips.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Public Health or Nursing; a Master's is preferred and pharmacist registration is an advantage.
• 5+ years coordinating health programmes at regional or district level in Ghana, with working knowledge of GHS structures.
• Fluency in at least one of Ga or Ewe (Accra post) or Twi, Fante or Dagbani (Kumasi post).
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel about 40% of the time (Accra) or 60% of the time (Kumasi).
• Accra post: experience engaging national agencies or regulators is an advantage.
