You will run PharmAdapt day to day, keeping five objectives, five implementing partners and an 11-person team on time, on budget and to standard. You will also be the project's monitoring and evaluation focal point.

What you will do:

Turn the five-year plan into annual and quarterly work plans, procurement plans and staff task lists, and track them weekly.

Coordinate partner work plans with GHS, the Pharmacy Council, NADMO, PSGH and community organisations; review partner deliverables before payment.

Organise the inception workshop, technical working groups, policy roundtables and dissemination workshops.

Maintain the results tracker, risk register, issues log and beneficiary register, so each person is counted once.

Manage data collection schedules, data-quality checks and the M&E dashboard.

Draft mid-year and annual reports to the donor; supervise the Regional Coordinators, Project Assistant, IT Officer and Communications Officer.

Requirements

• Master's in Public Health, Project Management, Pharmacy or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 is an advantage.
• 5+ years managing donor-funded health projects, including multi-partner coordination and donor reporting.
• Strong work-planning, communication, M&E and reporting skills; KoboToolbox or DHIS2 experience is a plus.
