You will make sure meetings, trainings and travel run smoothly across five regions.

What you will do:

Arrange venues, catering, accommodation and participant packs for workshops, roundtables and drills.

Process travel requests, per diem schedules and procurement requisitions under KNUST procedures.

Keep registration and attendance records and supporting documents for finance and audit.

Take minutes, keep the project calendar and contact lists, and track distribution of training and awareness materials.

Supervise the part-time Administrative Assistant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Administration, Business, Pharmacy or a related field.
• 3+ years in project or event administration.
• Strong MS Office skills and close attention to detail.
